With CSE trouble-free and always well filled: We flew to the French island of La Reunion, 11,000 km away, for a customer and ensured smooth operation of a bottle blower machine through our work. High quality in paradise!
The local water bottle filler on the African island of La Reunion wanted to increase its output of the bottle blower machine and commissioned the machine manufacturer with an update. That’s where we came in. So we got on the plane and flew 11,000 km from Paris to La Reunion.
We were responsible for the automatic feeding of the PET bottle blanks and converted the conveyor line from rigid to vibrating. This upgrade prevents the blanks from jamming in the conveyor line and guarantees a trouble-free feed.
After minor optimisations of the upgrade, we were able to test the interaction between the conveyor line and the bottle blower machine during production. The result was trouble-free and the bottle blower always had enough blanks to blow up. After the job, we took a few days off and explored the wonderful island. Beautiful and highly recommended.
